• Full name, address, phone number, and reason for coming in. Provide us with a few days that work for you, and we'll give you available times

• 3 recent photos (with hair if possible) This allows us to determine the amount of time that is needed for your appointment, and, create a client file in advance

• Doctor’s prescription (if available however, not needed, we do not work with insurance companies however our receipt allows you to submit the claim)

• Shampoo your hair on the appointment day.

• 24-hour cancellation notice requested.

• Parking provided.

• Masks optional; limit one accompanying person.

We cater to women undergoing chemotherapy, radiation, cancer treatments, and those with Alopecia, Trichotillomania, all forms of hair loss.

    Our private rooms provide a comfortable, professional, and relaxing atmosphere. We offer complimentary consultations where you can choose from our selection of quality wigs and hair systems. Our team will provide complete care instructions for your prosthetic wig or hair system. Whether you have a large or small head size, our range of average, large, petite, and ultra petite options ensures you can find the perfect fit. For those outside the Bay Area, we provide comprehensive online services. Just email us three headshots photos along with your head measurements, and a staff member will recommend a style and color for you. Most items on our website, www.studiosf.com, are available for "Quick Ship." Please be aware that we do not stock any Halloween, drag, machine-made, or costume wigs.
